Attendance Management:
HR can see the attendance punches of all the employees. They have the option to search for a particular employee, particular date or date range and even shifts. The employee can also see their punches for any particular day or range.
HR has the option to restrict the mode of marking attendance. They can restrict certain / all employees to mark their attendance from biometric machines / mobile app / web only.
Porting Attendance manually
HR also has the option to import attendance for a particular period or for any employee(s) if required.
Leave Management:
Perfetto HR offers options to HR and employees( who have been provided self service) to view their leave details and apply for leave. The summary and breakup of their leave is available to them. HR can also apply for leave on behalf of the employee (if self service is not provided to them). The leave application will be forwarded for approval to the reporting manager of the employees as defined in the workflow. HR has the option of defining multi level approvals.
