We solved Mr. ABC’s challenge by offering Perfetto HR Mobile app so each sales person can mark their in-time and out-time attendance from their field location along with their GPS locations. Their client data was mapped to the salesperson’s login so they can select their client from the drop down menu and update the details of their visits. Using the “Self Service” module, Employees can request for leave on their mobile app which is sent directly to their reporting managers for approval.
It also allowed sales personnel to upload their daily expenses data along with the copy of bills for approval to the respective managers making the whole process quick and seamless for the organisation. The senior management and respective managers had complete access to their team and could review their reports and performance directly from the Perfetto HR application.
