Mr. DEF has a Shoe manufacturing company in Kolkatta with 350 employees working in 3 shifts. They have over 250 contractual employees who have separate leave and salary rules and pay structures.
The challenge faced is their existing manual attendance, leave and payroll system was prone to numerous mistakes and wasted a lot of time and energy of their HR people to manage these issues.
